Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 5–13 business days after processing
International orders: 7–20 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on USA orders over $50.

For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be calculated or displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Domvra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@domvra.com with your order number. Our team will help review the tracking information and assist with the next steps.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees may be charged by your local customs authority. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
